The Meteors Academy 2017/2018 Season

All girls between the age of 6 and 10 are welcome. We teach the Fundamentals of

Basketball in Fun sessions.

The Meteors academy takes place on a Sunday morning and caters for girls of all abilities from six to ten years of age. It is a great starting point for anyone wanting to play basketball from an early age. All the fundaments of the game are covered in a fun environment. The older players take part in jamborees and blitzs throughout the season. The majority of players that attend the academy on a regular basis go on to play on a competitive team in Meteors.

The academy started on Sunday 10th of September in Rosemont Secondary School.

There are two sessions:

10am - 11am for girls born in 2009/2010

11am - 12pm for girls born 2007 / 2008
